My counsellor saw that I liked to read so she suggested this text for me. I do enjoy reading it. It's easy to read, informative and well laid out with introductory chapters, self assessment questionnaires and case examples.
Not just any self help book. This one is practical, clear, and effective. A friend passed it on to me and I have since given it to others. It provides step by step activities to help you identify and change negative patterns in your life, from attracting the wrong partner to feeling like a failure at work. Definitely worth a read.
